Helping Understand Your Body’s Pain, Tension, and Imbalances
At Body Logix, care starts with you—your pain, your discomfort, your wellness goals—not the massage modality. Led by Lisa Stone, our visits focus on uncovering the root causes of pain, inflammation, and dysfunction so you can achieve lasting relief and improved function.
Our sessions are designed to support common wellness concerns, including:
Our Approach: How Did We Get Here?
Symptoms don’t appear out of nowhere. Neck stiffness, low back pain, and general tension often develop from a mix of factors: long hours on phones or computers, standing all day, prolonged sitting, repetitive movements, structural tension, inflammation, mineral imbalances, and lifestyle stress. Understanding how these patterns develop helps us get to the heart of the problem rather than treating only the surface-level pain.

Every visit begins with a conversational bodywork assessment—checking range of motion, observing movement patterns, and listening to your body. Lisa works backward from your symptoms, identifying underlying imbalances so each visit addresses the source rather than masking issues. Targeted bodywork may include cupping, Ashiatsu, Thai massage, or instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), applied in combination as needed. Because your body is interconnected, one area affects another—working on the abdomen can relieve back tension, and addressing bloating can improve posture and mobility.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a non-invasive test that evaluates long-term mineral status through hair tissue, offering insight into patterns that influence energy, inflammation, and nervous system function. Minerals are essential for muscle and nerve function, inflammation control, hormonal balance, energy metabolism, and tissue repair. HTMA can be especially helpful for clients experiencing chronic fatigue, persistent inflammation, muscle tension, sleep disturbances, stress intolerance, or slow recovery from activity.

Your visit starts with a discussion of your symptoms, lifestyle factors, and movement concerns. Targeted therapy is then applied to improve circulation, reduce tension, and support natural healing processes. Visits are tailored to your unique body and wellness goals, helping you move toward sustainable relief and long-term balance.
